Refund Policy

Any complaints are accepted and will be due to consideration before eligible for a return. Complaints like too little toppings, too much butter, too salty are not eligible for return since toppings, butter, salt, etc are already measured to a standard. If you require specific instructions, please add notes on the orders. However, certain cases will be considered to be eligible for a return. Please provide the pictures of the Martabak and send us via Whatsapp.
Mistaken item will be definitely eligible for a return IF the mistake is from our employees. Any mistakes due to wrong orders OR mistakes from the online drivers (Gojek / Grab) will not be accepted.

First thing to note, to be eligible for a return, your Martabak must be returned to us in a condition only 25% eaten. There is no replacement for martabak that is more than 3 pieces are eaten. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
No refunds are provided. Cancelled items are eligible for refunds if the Martabak is not made yet.
